Rosario A. Ballecer, M.D

Rosario A. Ballecer, M.D. is board certified by the Philippine Board of Cosmetic Surgery. She received her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas, and did her Internship training at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. She trained for cosmetic surgery at Osaka Shirakabe Hospital in Osaka Japan. She took up her preceptorship training with the Wilshire Cosmetic Surgery Group in Los Angeles California and in the Philippines under Dr. Corazon Collantes-Jose. She is also a certified REGENESTEM STEM CELLS SPECIALIST. She regularly attends Cosmetic Surgery conventions locally and internationally both as a Speaker and as an active participant to keep abreast with the latest developments in the specialty. Currently, she is the Vice President of Philippine Society for Cosmetic Surgery, Inc. and a founding member and President of the Philippine Society of Liposuction Surgery Inc. Internationally she is a Treasurer of the Asian Pacific Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. She is a member of American Restorative and Aesthetic Surgery Society, International Society of Aesthetic Surgery, Philippine Medical Association, and Makati Medical Society.
